In every session

  • 45 minutes one-to-one with a vetted mentor.
  • A SkillLynx-approved venue, booked and confirmed in advance.
  • Verified check-in and check-out, so you know it happened.
  • A short progress note from your child's mentor afterwards.
  • Full mentor vetting — checks, references, interview and training.
How payment works

Fair by design

  • Bundles are credits. A credit is only used once a session is confirmed complete — booking one doesn't spend it.
  • Cancel more than 24 hours ahead and the credit comes straight back.
  • Cancel 12–24 hours ahead and you keep half the credit's value.
  • If your mentor can't attend, or a session is ended for safety reasons, you get the credit back in full.
  • Everything is paid in the app. No cash ever changes hands at a session.
